Bridey is a South African-trained physiotherapist who has a keen interest in all things to do with rehabilitation, from the acute stage to the final phases. She also incorporates rehabilitation Pilates into her practice. She runs a private practice in Gqeberha (formerly known as Port Elizabeth), South Africa, and enjoys lecturing and educating. She has taught numerous courses in the neuromusculoskeletal (NMS) field in South Africa and, in particular, in the area of rehabilitation.
