About

Michelle is a South African physiotherapist with over 15 years’ experience. From a young age, Michelle trained in ballet and modern dancing. When she began her physiotherapy studies, she quickly began to use this new knowledge to rehabilitate advanced ballet dancers. Her passion for movement analysis and skill in rehabilitating dancers grew exponentially and this became her focus. Through her work with dancers, Michelle has gained unique insights into the management of complex sporting injuries.
