Introduction

A myofascial chain is a line of connective tissue that interconnects the body in a three-dimensional fashion. These chains play an important role in functional movement, coordination and stability. They can also be a cause of pain and structural weakness. In this webinar, Dr. Rina Pandya reviews upper extremity myofascial chains and discusses a case study highlighting a desk worker with tingling and numbness in his hand. Rina brainstormed the case study with the live attendees and answered questions on the topic. You can participate in this discussion by posting in the discussion forum.
