Lessons in Patellofemoral Pain from COVID Webinar

Claire Robertson is a Patellofemoral expert, consultant physiotherapist, researcher and lecturer. Claire will share her lessons learned and reflections from her Patellofemoral Pain (PFP) practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. She looks at the role of load and change in exercise profiles. Interesting findings on PFP will be discussed, including footwear, or lack of, psychosocial factors and sleep problems. All this is explored with the underpinning of pre-existing knowledge and evidence-based content. The total webinar duration will be 1 hour, and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
