Telehealth is rapidly expanding as a method of healthcare delivery. It provides many opportunities to enhance patients' access to healthcare services using digital technology, but in order to be effective and safe, physiotherapists must be able to triage patients and ensure that the consultation runs smoothly. The course, Clinical triaging and practical consideration in telehealth was an eye-opener for me as I had very little to no knowledge about telehealth prior to this course. I have learnt a lot and can say I now have a good grip on what telehealth is all about generally and the practical ways to go about it in practice.
