There is no question that dancers can be demanding of their feet and ankles. It is up to us as clinicians to learn and teach the risk factors involved in foot/ankle injuries to the dancer. It is important to understand the difference between how we see vs. how we define an injury and what are the expected psychological and pain responses (Is my pain/injury serious?). Join Michelle as she talks about risk factors, barriers and performance potential among this active population. Michelle will give her best tips for injury management for the foot/ankle, which can be applied to a wider population. This webinar is intended for clinicians and dance enthusiasts alike.
