Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It affects more than 500 million people worldwide and is a leading cause of physical disability. Osteoarthritis of the knee can cause stiffness, pain, swelling, difficulties with functional mobility and gait, and increase a person's fall risk. Integrative Lifestyle Medicine offers alternative approaches to management strategies to offer hope to those patients affected by the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. This webinar provides practical recommendations for patient-centred care, which can be applied immediately into clinical practice.

This webinar aims to provide rehabilitation professionals interested in conventional, integrative and lifestyle medicine with new management approaches for knee osteoarthritis.

This webinar recording consists of a 60-minute video and additional resources.

It was an excellent presentation on the conservative management of knee osteoarthritis. The speaker gave a clear and concise approach to the assessment and management of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. The question and answer section at the end was excellent.
