Introduction

In this webinar, Z Altug will review the research and practical applications for how home exercise programmes are an extension of clinic programmes. He will discuss how to design effective home exercises programmes using standard educational strategies (paper handouts and images) and technology (videos or Excel sheets) considering behaviour change, compliance strategies and age/cultural considerations.

The purpose of the webinar is to educate and inform physiotherapists and rehabilitation professionals about designing effective home exercises programmes using standard educational strategies (paper handouts and images) and technology (videos or Excel sheets).

This webinar recording consists of a webinar video and additional resources.

Target audience

This course is aimed at Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy clinicians, students and assistants. Other interested professionals such as athletic trainers, occupational therapists, nurses or medical doctors interested in this subject are also invited to participate.

Availability - this course is online and can be completed on your own schedule.

Hours of Learning - No deadlines are applied to this course and it can be started and completed in your own time according to your personal schedule. We expect the required elements to take around 1 hour depending on your schedule and learning style.
