Lenie is a physiotherapist with varied professional experience. After graduating, Lenie worked as a Community Service Physiotherapist at Middelburg District Hospital, where she honed her skills in delivering comprehensive care and personalised treatment plans. After this, Lenie established Lenie Jacobs Physiotherapist, her private practice. Over the course of 12 years, she cultivated a diverse skill set, with a particular focus on women’s health. Lenie has also presented pregnancy classes and provided support to mothers with breastfeeding. In addition to her hands-on experience, Lenie has pursued postgraduate training in women’s health, dry needling, hydrotherapy, and musculoskeletal conditions, further enhancing her expertise. Currently, Lenie is a Media and Webinar Editor at Physiopedia Plus, where she enjoys contributing to advancing rehabilitation knowledge.
