Liz Ferland is a physical rehabilitation therapist. She works in chronic pain management and currently supports veterans and members of the Canadian Armed Forces. She holds a master’s degree in mental health and a graduate certificate in chronic pain management, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in health sciences research. Her clinical and research interests focus on migraine and chronic pain self-management. She co-developed a self-management programme for individuals living with migraine and is currently working to validate and expand its accessibility. Liz is passionate about bridging research and clinical practice, using a biopsychosocial approach to support improved function and quality of life for people living with chronic pain.
