This was a great Webinar! I have learnt that there are setting things you can do such as setting the environment or offering something like water that can influence the outcome of a session with a patient. It also helped me to consider carefully selecting cues for positive reinforcement when treating patients, indeed some patients can respond negatively when as a therapist, you correct their bad forms when performing certain exercises.
