Ellie Richardson is a consultant shoulder physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience across the NHS, private practice, and elite sports. Specialising in shoulder injuries, post-operative rehab, and return-to-play testing, she is currently pursuing a PhD and holds an MSc with distinction. Ellie is a published researcher, international lecturer, and former elite track cyclist who represented Scotland and Great Britain. She combines her academic expertise and unique athlete’s perspective to help patients optimise performance and return to activity with confidence.
