Join Christopher Martey as he sheds light on the wide array of conditions categorised as “metabolic syndrome.” Chris explores evidence-based links between these conditions and musculoskeletal issues like “frozen shoulder” or adhesive capsulitis, and rheumatoid diseases such as gout.
