The user who submitted the report will receive an acknowledgement of receipt, and within 7 working days, they will be informed of the outcome, including any actions taken or the reasons for no action. If the user is dissatisfied with the decision, they have the right to appeal, which will be reviewed by the DSA point of contact within an additional 7 working days.
