Petra is a South African physiotherapist. She graduated in 1992 from the University of the Orange Free State. She has worked in outpatient practice since she graduated. Her particular interest was always sports injuries and rehabilitation and she worked with local and provincial rugby teams. In 2009 she completed a post-graduate course in equine physiotherapy and have been working 95% equine and 5% with humans since then. Petra’s job satisfaction is fulfilled when horse and rider can work as a functional dynamic team.
