Dr Bhanu Ramaswamy OBE is an Independent Physiotherapy Consultant and Honorary Visiting Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University (SHU). She has clinical expertise particularly with older people, those with neurological conditions, and people with medical conditions who would benefit from supervised exercise programmes. She is an educator, researcher and contributes to strategy and development with various organisations such as the Parkinson’s Excellence Network. In 2016 she received her Doctorate in Professional Studies (or D.Prof) and in 2017 she received a Fellowship of Cardiff University for her contribution to the profession.

This is the best webinar demonstrating evaluation and treatment. It covered all aspects: history, assessments, and treatment. Bhanu is an excellent instructor. She draws attention to the patient’s acquired patterns, guides us through each test, and performs them several times to ensure the viewers understand them. I could see each test clearly and understand its purpose. Despite being a virtual event, I felt like I actively participated alongside the therapist and patient for an entire hour.
