About

Scott Buxton is an Advanced practice Physiotherapist in frailty. He is the Therapy Lead for the Frailty Team. Scott is also a non-medical prescriber and has extensive experience working with older people in a number of settings including the emergency department, medical admissions units, longer stay wards, falls, balance clinics as well as exercise groups and 1:1 exercise focussing on combatting the effects of sarcopenia. He trained at Coventry University for his undergraduate degree and is currently completing his MSc in Advanced Practice at The University of The West of England, Bristol. He is also a proud member of Team Physiopedia.
