Introduction

Everyone experiences fatigue, from the elite athlete to the patient being treated in your therapy clinic. There are different types of fatigue, and each uniquely impacts a person's functional ability. The three most common types of fatigue are muscular, central, and cognitive fatigue, and each presents in different ways. This webinar overviews three types of fatigue, their aetiology, and common symptoms. It also provides rehabilitation professionals with practical methods to measure and assess fatigue in the clinical setting.
