A feature Carl is particularly anticipating is the platform’s forthcoming AI-driven reflection tool, currently in testing, which will prompt staff to connect what they have learned to their own clinical context and patient caseload. The team is also making use of PAI and its data security credentials were an important consideration. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, PAI draws exclusively from a curated database of 6,000 pages of physiotherapy-specific content and operates to strict data privacy standards, meaning staff can use it with confidence in a clinical environment. “It’s not pulling from the open internet,” Carl notes. “That matters when you’re working in a healthcare setting.”
