Introduction

In this final course, you will apply what you have learned throughout the Pelvic Girdle Dysfunction Programme. Deborah Riczo discusses four patients with different pain presentations. She applies the Pelvic Girdle Musculoskeletal (PGM) Method^sm in the assessment and successful management of these patients. It is highly recommended to finish all the previous courses in this programme before doing this course.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this course you will be able to:

• identify the special test findings and how that relates to the assessment and diagnosis in each case
• discuss the rationale for the exercises given at the initial visit
• discuss appropriate exercise progressions and patient education topics for given case examples

Target audience

This course is aimed at Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy clinicians, students and assistants. Other interested professionals such as athletic trainers, occupational therapists, nurses or medical doctors interested in this subject are also invited to participate.

We expect the required elements to take around 1-1.5 hours depending on your schedule and learning style.
