About

Donna Fisher is a Clinical Specialist in Orthotics and Prosthetics, she has many years of experience working as Clinical Lead for Ottobock in Ireland. She has a BSc P&O and an MPhil in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and she enjoys sharing her knowledge with students and colleagues. Donna coordinates the training programme for new P&O graduates within the company and mentors undergraduate students from several training institutions. She is involved in the teaching and education of healthcare professionals around Ireland and has presented at many international conferences. Donna is passionate about patient care and has a special interest in Paediatric Orthotics, complex orthotic/prosthetic clients and rehabilitation of young active amputees.
