Introduction
Sports medicine clinicians are familiar with athletes' psychological and physiological stressors. Having a good understanding of resilience and working to improve resilience can positively impact the athlete. Resilience is a dynamic process involving bouncing back from or even bouncing beyond significant adversity. This course will discuss ways clinicians and coaches can build collective resilience in athletes and team environments.
Aims
This course aims to empower you to build collective resilience and motivation for athletes, healthcare professionals and coaches within the sports environment.

Target audience
This course is aimed at Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy clinicians, students and assistants. Other interested professionals such as athletic trainers, occupational therapists, nurses or medical doctors interested in this subject are also invited to participate.
