Physiopedia AI Assistant launch imageWe’re hitting the road! Starting 21 November 2025, the Physiopedia AI Assistant (PAI) roadshow takes off on a 3-month global journey, bringing live demonstrations and real conversations about AI in physiotherapy directly to clinicians worldwide – and here’s why we think you should join us!

You’ve probably heard plenty about artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare by now. Maybe you’re curious, maybe you’re sceptical, maybe you’re somewhere in between and wondering what it all actually means for your day-to-day practice. That’s exactly why we’re doing a roadshow! AI is already changing how healthcare professionals access and apply clinical knowledge. The Physiopedia AI Assistant (we call it PAI) represents Physiopedia’s approach to this shift, one that puts physiotherapy expertise and professional education at the centre whilst using technology to support better access to evidence-based information. But rather than just telling you about it, we want to show you, answer your questions, and hear your perspectives on what this means for physiotherapy practice. So over the next few months, we are taking PAI on tour and we want you to be part of it!

Instead of another webinar where you sit back and watch slides, we’re creating spaces where you can see PAI working in real time, ask the awkward questions, focus on what matters to your practice and have honest conversations about what AI should and shouldn’t do in physiotherapy. It’s a chance to connect with physiotherapists who are thinking about the same challenges you face every day. This is also your chance to be part of the conversation about how AI should work in physiotherapy. Every session includes time for questions and discussion because the best tools are built with input from the people who actually use them. Whether you’re curious, sceptical, or already convinced, your voice matters in shaping how this technology develops.

We’ve lined up seven stops across six countries over the next three months. Some are in-person at major conferences, others are virtual sessions timed for your local timezone.

Here’s where we’re going:

  • Newport, UK – 21–22 November 2025, CSP Conference (find us at our booth)
  • Singapore – 4 December 2025, 19:00 SGT (virtual session – register here)
  • New York, USA – 8 January 2026, 12:00 EST (virtual session – register here)
  • Paris, France – 15 January 2026, 14:00 CET (virtual session – register here)
  • Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – 22 January 2026, 14:00 BRT (virtual session – register here)
  • Sydney, Australia – 29 January 2026, 18:00 AEDT (virtual session – register here)
  • Los Angeles, California, USA – 12–14 February 2026, CSM Conference (find us at our booth – view conference details)

Each 60-minute session follows the same format. Rachael Lowe, Physiopedia’s CEO, opens with the vision behind PAI and why we built it. Tony Lowe, our Chief Technology Officer, then tackles the technical side, covering security, trust and how the platform actually works. Tarina van der Stockt, Education Director, will then demonstrate PAI working through real educational scenarios. You’ll see exactly what it does and how it might support your professional learning. Then it’s over to you for a live question and answer session where you can interact with the team directly, followed by optional networking time to connect with other physiotherapists.

The roadshow kicks off at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Conference in Newport this month. If you’re attending CSP, this is your chance to be among the first to see PAI demonstrated and speak with the team face to face. It’s an exclusive first look before the virtual tour begins. Then we go global. Each virtual session is timed to work for local schedules, so whether you’re joining from Singapore in the evening or New York at lunchtime, you can participate without staying up until 3 am. The sessions are designed to be accessible no matter where you practice. Can’t make any of the scheduled stops? We’re also offering private demonstrations for institutions and organisations. Get in touch to schedule a session that works for your team’s specific needs and context.

Registration is open now for all virtual sessions. Pick your city, reserve your spot, and join us as we take PAI around the world. If you’re heading to CSP Newport or CSM Los Angeles, look for the Physiopedia booth and come say hello. The tour starts in just days. We’ll see you on the road.
