I really enjoyed this course. Lee Herrington is clearly an expert in this area and explains things in a way that is easy to follow without dumbing it down. I particularly liked the clinical case scenarios in the quiz - they pushed you to actually apply what you had learned rather than just memorise facts. I'll definitely be recommending this to colleagues who work with knee and hip rehab patients.

Principles of Load Management in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation
I really commend this course for it provides not just basic knowledge regarding prevention of musculoskeletal injury more particularly, in sports, but also various and current studies that give the listeners ideas on the different approaches to rehabilitation of such cases. I love how Mr. Herrington identified and discussed some assessments and factors that we, physical therapists should consider in order for us to point out the possible risks for musculoskeletal injury. Overall, this is a great course that will give the listeners enough knowledge regarding the prevention of musculoskeletal injury.

Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention
This is indeed a recommendable course, by Lee Herrington.  It does not solely focus on the factors we should consider in identifying the risk for musculoskeletal injury but also the ways in how we should build a paradigm for injury risk screening. For those who are fond of sports and planning to be a sports physical therapist someday, this is a must-watch course for it will give you the value and importance of identifying and modifying various risk factors to minimize the risk of injury and give our soon-to-be patients and clients the best quality of life.
