I enjoyed this course and learned a lot! It was well explained. I love the way Luke O'Brien teaches. Everything makes sense because he explains why, e.g., scarring, what happens, etc. Thank you so much. I cannot wait to do the next part.

ACL Rehabilitation Acute Management After Surgery
I highly recommend Luke's ACL Rehabilitation Programme in full. It is not too intense, but it covers everything you would want it to. Some things are a gentle reminder; others are another perspective that makes you think critically about your choices.

If you have never heard about BFR therapy and you work in a private clinic or with patients after injuries, fractures, joint replacements, with elderly but relatively healthy patients or even athletes you should definitely check this out! Its a way of gaining your muscle strength faster!
