Introduction

In a world filled with distractions, mindful learning is one way to improve performance and promote engagement and mind-openness. It allows the learner to focus on the present while using experiences from the past. In this course, participants will learn evidence-based techniques for mindful learning in the digital world. It is relevant for students, clinicians and lifelong learners who want to improve their focus and ability to learn and retain new information. Shrey Vazir will also share 5 different ways that you can improve your focus, memory, and attention,  7 steps to practice meditation and 5 mini mindfulness exercises to stop the wandering mind.
