Introduction
Throughout their lifespan, women transition between puberty, menstruation, and menopause. While they experience significant changes between each phase, there is a lack of research and education to help women approach these transitional periods with confidence. This course will offer an introduction to the moments where women encounter change. It will explain each phase and offer guidance to help women through these transitions.
Aims
This course aims to provide learners with a clear understanding of the reproductive transitions that occur during the female lifespan.

Target audience
This course is aimed at Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy clinicians, students and assistants. Other interested professionals such as athletic trainers, occupational therapists, nurses or medical doctors interested in this subject are also invited to participate.
