This course will equip you with insights and practical skills to develop your effectiveness as both a coach and mentor as part of your portfolio of leadership skills.
This course provides an overview of coaching and mentoring and explores the differences and similarities between the two approaches. A collection of practical tools and activities are provided to assist you in developing your skills and effectiveness in working with your colleagues in these different roles.
