Introduction
In order to lead in rehabilitation, leaders must be able to assess the situation, select the leadership approach, effectively implement the chosen approach and learn from the experience. This course, the third in a four-part series, looks specifically at this third step of implementing the appropriate leadership approach. Individuals who want to achieve leadership effectiveness need to understand the relationship between their values, beliefs and emotional intelligence, as well as the specific leadership skills and characteristics of each leadership approach.

This course aims to provide an overview of leadership effectiveness and equip you with the skills to implement your chosen leadership approach.
