This course is fantastic! Despite much talk about psychosocial aspects and bias in physiotherapy these days, I've never come into contact with the world of values, stereotypes and their influence on communication. Yet they're so important! Marissa's course is a clear, well-grounded and relevant introduction to these fundamentals of interpersonal relationships. It demonstrates with clinical examples how significantly our values can impact our relationship with the patient, our therapy goals, and outcomes. I highly recommend it!
