Introduction
Designing a comprehensive fitness and performance assessment for an athlete or team is complex. Sports clinicians are involved in selecting appropriate physiological and performance assessments that suit the needs of the athlete, team and coach. This course highlights some of the individual tests used in the assessment of various physiological parameters such as strength, endurance, flexibility and agility.

This course aims to provide learners with insight into a range of fitness and performance tests that sports clinicians can apply in their daily practice.
