Adding a user


To add a user, navigate to the Partner Dashboard, click on the Users tab. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see an Add New User purple button. Click this. Here, you can choose a username. Please note this can not be edited later and it also can not be used again, as it is unique to that specific user. Enter the following info required: their email address, their first name, their last name. A password will be autogenerated and click Add User. Follow the prompts if you have made any mistakes. After this, there will be an email generated that can be sent to your new user. Click Yes. That will send your user the username and the password. Once they follow the link and set it, they will be able to change their password.
