If you are a member of one of our partner organisations and usually access the Plus site using a login link on their website, then you will not have Plus login details to use on the app login screen. In this case you can still use the Plus app by using a QR code based app login facility available on your Plus profile page. This is easiest to use if you have access to a laptop or computer.
- On your computer login to your Plus account
- Go to the My profile page.
- Scroll to the Log into the Mobile app section and click the button to generate a login QR code.
- Use the camera on your phone to scan the code to access a special link.
- Use this link to open the Plus app and automatically log in to your existing Plus account.
If you do not have access to a laptop or computer you can also use this QR code to login to the Plus app. Using your mobile follow the steps above in your web browser. Once the QR code is displayed, tap on this QR code in your mobile browser to open the app and login.
