In this video, I will show you how to navigate your Partner Dashboard.
You will need to log in. On your home screen, you should see the Partner Dashboard button. This navigates away from your personal profile and onto the Partner Admin Dashboard.
This dashboard gives you an overview of your organisation’s engagement on the Plus site. There are various features available to you on this page.
As you want to have a look at data for your organisation, you can filter the data by selecting the dates for which you want to see data. By inputting the dates here. Click “filter data”.
In the Account Summary section, you can see your user limit. On this account it is 30. And see how many users have signed up. On this account it is 19. You can see the number of activities completed and the number of hours of learning, as well as the completed courses. In the last tab, you can see how many course evaluations were completed.
Moving down on the page, you can view the most popular courses for your organisation members in order of most popular to least popular. You can scroll through the courses by clicking on the arrow. Here you can view the most active users in your organisation. For each of the users, you can see the number of activities completed, hours of learning, completed courses, as well as the number of course evaluations completed.
The pie graph gives you a breakdown of activity of your users, which can be viewed at a glance. In the Recent Activities block, you can view the most recent users and what activities the users in your organisation have been completing on Plus.
And lastly, at the bottom of the page, you can view Course Ratings and Course Evaluations. The course ratings from your users will appear in this block for the filtered time period that you have requested. And the course evaluations will show any evaluations given by your users. These evaluations can be useful for promoting courses to your users.
All of this on your Partnership Dashboard on Plus.
