To update the email address that appears on your exercise plans, you need to change it directly within the Exercises & Telehealth Platform. Changes made to your email address in Plus are not automatically carried over to the Exercise and Telehealth Platform, as the latter has its own separate settings.
Follow the steps below to change your clinic email address:
1. Go to the Exercise & Telehealth Platform.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Edit My Clinic Info.
4. Update your email address to your new address and save the changes.
