When you create a Physiopedia Plus account, we collect and store the following information:
- Your name, email address, country, and IP address
- Your professional credentials, licensing organisation, and registration number
- Your CPD and learning records, including courses completed, assessment scores, certificates, and ePortfolio entries
- Your billing address and partial payment details (card details are handled securely by Stripe and PayPal and are never stored on our systems)
- Your email preferences
- Queries you have submitted to the Physiopedia AI Assistant (PAI)
- Messages you have sent to our support team
If you access Plus through an institutional subscription, your individual account data is the same as above. Your institution receives engagement reports based on anonymised usage data only.
